Come out and ride with us! We host several open group rides throughout the year. We like meeting new people and riding with them. Our route is pretty consistent and if you're interested in checking it out you may find it here.
The Sunday group ride starts the first weekend in April and ends on Labor day. It departs from Groundswell Coffee Roasters on Damen at 8:40 am please arrive at 8:30. The ride pace is dictated by the riders who show up and separations in the group occasionally happen after we have passed by the Bahai Temple in Evanston. We regroup at the halfway point at (Tala Coffee Roasters in Highwood). A typical ride averages 19 to 20 mph once we get out of the city. If you have questions feel free to give us a shout.
These rides leave from Groundswell Coffee Roasters on Damen in the morning either Saturday or Sunday depending on the weather. Check the forum or send us a message for more information. The ride pace is dictated by the riders who show up. In the fall and winter, we typically don't turn up the pace and are looking for long enjoyable rides so no one should get dropped and the ride will be enjoyable for all skill levels.
